Privacy Policy

1. Information stored on your device

The app stores information needed to run the game, including game progress, settings, notification preferences, purchase-fulfilment records and other gameplay state. This information is stored locally in the app's iOS storage.

2. Local gameplay telemetry and diagnostics

The app records local gameplay counters and recent gameplay events to help diagnose balance and technical issues. It also creates a random installation identifier used with these local diagnostics. This telemetry remains on your device and is not transmitted automatically to the developer or to an analytics service.

If you deliberately choose Share Diagnostic Snapshot in the app, iOS opens the system share sheet. The diagnostic snapshot is sent only to the person, app or service that you choose in that share sheet. Do not share a diagnostic snapshot publicly unless you are comfortable doing so.

3. In-app purchases

Optional Gem purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit and the App Store. Apple handles payment information. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.

To fulfil purchases correctly and prevent duplicate fulfilment, the app may receive and process StoreKit information such as the product identifier, transaction identifier and transaction verification status. Relevant fulfilment records may be stored locally on your device.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app uses Apple's local notification system to schedule gameplay reminders on your device. The current version does not use a developer-operated remote push-notification server and does not send a push token to the developer.

You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings and can change supported notification preferences inside the app.

5. Data the current app does not intentionally collect

The current version does not intentionally collect or request:

• your name or a developer-created account;
• precise or coarse location;
• contacts;
• photos or photo library contents;
• camera or microphone data;
• advertising identifiers for tracking;
• cross-app or cross-website tracking data; or
• data through third-party advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

6. Third-party services

Apple / App Store / StoreKit

Purchases and the App Store are provided by Apple. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

iOS Share Sheet

When you voluntarily share a diagnostic snapshot, the destination you choose may process that information under its own privacy terms.

GitHub Pages

This privacy and support website is hosted with GitHub Pages. The site itself contains no advertising or analytics scripts added by the developer. GitHub may process ordinary website request information as the hosting provider under GitHub's own privacy terms.

7. Retention and deletion

Game data and local telemetry remain on your device until they are replaced, reset, cleared where the app provides that option, or removed with the app's local data. Deleting the app normally removes its local app data, subject to any device-level backup or restore features controlled by you and Apple.

If you voluntarily send a diagnostic snapshot or support message to the developer, it will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the request, provide support, protect the game from abuse or fraud, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask for a voluntarily submitted support message or diagnostic file to be deleted by contacting support.

8. Your choices

• You can decline notification permission or disable notifications later in iOS Settings.
• You never have to share a diagnostic snapshot.
• You can choose not to make optional in-app purchases.
• You can contact support to ask about or request deletion of information you voluntarily sent to the developer.

9. Children's privacy

The app does not provide a developer-operated account system and is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe personal information was voluntarily sent to support by a child, contact the developer so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
