Developer: Ramsey Badir
Email: ramseydeveloper@icloud.com

When reporting a problem, include your iPhone/iPad model, iOS version, the game version shown in Settings → Privacy & Support, and a short description of what happened.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Gem purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. If Apple shows a purchase as completed but Gems do not appear, close and reopen the game while connected to the internet. If the issue remains, contact support with the approximate purchase time and the Apple order/transaction information available to you. Do not send payment-card details.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Save data and progress

The current version stores game progress locally on the device and does not use a developer-operated account or cloud-save server. Deleting the app can remove local progress. Device-level backups and restores are controlled by iOS/Apple.

Notifications

For Whom the Realm Calls uses local iOS notifications. You can change permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → For Whom the Realm Calls. Supported in-game notification preferences can also be changed from the game's Settings screen.

Reporting a bug

If support asks for diagnostics, open Settings → Privacy & Support → Share Diagnostic Snapshot. The snapshot is local until you deliberately choose a destination in the iOS share sheet.

For the fastest diagnosis, describe what you were doing immediately before the problem occurred and whether it happens every time.
