Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Grand Hotel Noir: Mystery Tycoon on Apple platforms.
By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are also subject to Apple's applicable terms.
1. Licence
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Grand Hotel Noir: Mystery Tycoon for personal entertainment on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.
2. Virtual items
The app may contain virtual currency, including Gems, cosmetic items, room décor, upgrades and other digital content. Virtual items are licensed for use within the app only, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the app except where required by law.
3. In-app purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit and your App Store account. Apple handles billing and payment information. Refunds, purchase history and payment disputes are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Grand Hotel Club
Grand Hotel Club is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription. The subscription provides the benefits described in the app at the time of purchase. The price displayed in the app is the localized App Store price for your storefront.
The subscription renews automatically for another one-month period unless you cancel it through your Apple account subscription settings before renewal. If the subscription expires or is cancelled, recurring member benefits stop at the end of the paid subscription period.
5. Restore Purchases
The app provides Restore Purchases for eligible non-consumable purchases and subscription entitlements. Consumable virtual currency that has already been delivered is not intended to be granted again merely by restoring purchases.
6. Save data
Game progress is stored locally and may also use Apple iCloud features when available and enabled. You are responsible for maintaining any Apple-controlled backups you wish to rely on. The developer does not guarantee that deleted local or iCloud data can be recovered.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with StoreKit or purchase verification, exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized paid content, distribute modified copies, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
8. Availability and updates
The developer may update, rebalance, add to, remove from, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, compatibility, security, game balance or product development.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
10. Apple
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms. Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of applicable App Store end-user licence provisions.
11. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to the Grand Hotel Noir Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the app, purchasing model or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
